Read What Our Clients Say About Mark:
“Mark Cappellino worked with our senior management team during a time of difficult culture change. He is a fabulous listener. He creates a non-threatening learning environment that helps to peel away the layers of emotion and fear to get right to the heart of the issue facing the executive. My senior management team was neither prepared nor able to handle difficult conversations that were important to building trust and helping us to navigate this transition. After working with Mark, each of us is a better, more open communicator.”

“Mark has a unique way of making me feel comfortable. Talking through decisions is not easy for me as I don’t always discuss my decisions with others, so working with Mark was great. His unique style made me comfortable discussing my leadership decisions and how I prioritized my work.”

Vice President, Development, Lipscomb University
“Since working with Mark, I now approach situations from a very different vantage point. Being able to cut through the external emotions associated with interpersonal conflict and get to the heart of the matter has enabled me to initiate productive conversations that work towards solving the issues at hand. I came away from each of my discussions with Mark with a new tool, idea or concept that I could immediately put to use—and they work! In the end, I feel much more confident in my ability to deal with issues in a manner that is advantageous to all parties.”

“Leaders have the ability to change the world one conversation at a time. By becoming more self-aware and cultivating their relationships, they can excel past transactional interactions with people by inviting more transformational conversation. When leaders humbly take on their own leadership development journey, they model the same for next-generation leaders.”
