Our senior executive coaches customize their work to correspond with what you are trying to accomplish, our experience of what it takes to produce your desired results, and what transformational leadership competencies you may need to develop.
Measurable progress over a year towards identified goals and development as an integrated leader
This program focuses on identifiying critical organizational and personal goals, formulating or accelerating related projects and initiatives, and developing transformationl leadership competencies. With a one-year initial commitment, executives can see results in the areas of performance, relationships, development of self and others, and organizational/change leadership. As individuals, they will have greater clarity about worldviews, deeper self-awareness and new leadership practices and competencies. The process involves:
- Pre-session work
- An initial coaching session (in person either at the client site or at the Praemia Executive Center)
- Regular coaching sessions twice a month (a combination of phone and in person sessions at either the Praemia Conference Center or the client’s location)
- Ongoing coaching support on an as needed basis via email and phone.
Leaders may elect to renew their Sustained Coaching program for an additional six months.
At Praemia, we coach leadership teams to transform their concerns and commitments into unpredictable results. We help them distinguish what they most care about and what shared commitments define them as a group. Then we coach them to design and conduct effective conversations that take care of these priorities. We engage the spirit of the team, facilitate real behavior change and develop the high-performance competencies necessary to realize important goals.
Praemia works with the team leader to develop a focus for the coaching program that is consistent with the team’s purpose. The program may concentrate on specific initiatives or areas such as:
- Formulating and launching a senior team (including establishing the mission, ground rules, key roles and processes)
- Clarifying, developing and aligning the organization’s strategic priorities and implementation plans
- Designing and implementing the leadership team’s role and relevant processes for major transformational initiatives
- Designing and implementing the team’s commitments to breakthrough projects.
Programs last from 30 days to one year and include off-site workshops and team coaching sessions (in person or by phone). Additional coaching for individual team members is also available.
